Frink School, aka Willie J Frink College Prep, College, Civic, and Entrepreneur preparatory, established in 2021, is named for an African American community icon, Willie J Frink, considered one of Bakersfield’s first African American cement contractor millionaires, who died Dec. 18, 2019.
